Lancaster Red Rose USA Dance, Inc. is the area’s local chapter of the national organization formerly known as USABDA. The purpose of our club is to promote and sponsor ballroom dancing. Our chapter holds a dance on the second Sunday of every month at the Iris Club, 323 North Duke Street in Lancaster.
We welcome both singles and couples to our dances, and you will find that dancers of all ages and ability levels attend. There is an admission price of $8.00 for members, $5.00 for students with an ID, or $10.00 for non members. We provide two dance lessons one for beginners' and the other one for intermediate dancers. The DJ then take the stage to provide three hours of superior dance music starting at 4:30. We do social dancing, have mixers, dance demonstrations and other fun dance activities. Dance in a smoke free environment. Profit from the physical, mental, and social benefits, as well as the joys, of participating in a regular program of ballroom dancing. Make new friends, and a fresh start in life.
